Please read these terms carefully before booking an appointment with Rush Technicians & Mobile Services.

1. Appointment Booking

  • All appointments are subject to availability and confirmation by Rush Technicians.
  • Booking an appointment does not guarantee service until you receive an approval confirmation via email.
  • You must confirm your appointment by clicking the confirmation link sent to your email before the scheduled date.
  • Unconfirmed appointments may be cancelled or reassigned at our discretion.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or restriction of future bookings.

3. Arrival & Service

  • Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
  • If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, your appointment may be forfeited.
  • Our technicians will inspect your vehicle and provide a diagnosis. Any additional work beyond the originally requested service will require your approval before proceeding.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices quoted are estimates and may vary based on the actual condition of the vehicle and parts required.
  • A detailed invoice will be provided after the service is completed.
  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We accept cash, bank transfer, and major credit/debit cards.

5. Warranty & Liability

  • All repair work is warranted for 30 days from the date of service, unless otherwise stated.
  • Warranty covers defective parts and workmanship only. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or third-party modifications.
  • Rush Technicians is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services.
  • Our total liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

6. Your Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate information when booking an appointment, including your name, contact details, and vehicle registration number.
  • You are responsible for removing any personal belongings from your vehicle before service.
  • You must disclose any known issues or modifications to your vehicle that may affect the service.

7. Privacy & Data

  • We collect your name, email, phone number, and vehicle registration number solely for the purpose of managing your appointment and providing our services.
  • Your personal information will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
  • We may send you appointment-related communications via email and SMS.

8. Mobile Service

  • For mobile/pickup services, you must ensure the vehicle is accessible at the agreed location and time.
  • If the vehicle is not accessible upon arrival, a trip charge may apply.

9. Changes to Terms

Rush Technicians reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
